The Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive nursing care, symptom management, and emotional support to patients and families throughout end-of-life care. Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

1-2 years of recent clinical nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment skills, including pain and symptom management

Knowledge of hospice philosophy, end-of-life care standards, and regulatory requirements

Proficiency with EMR/EHR documentation and timely charting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Ability to work independently, manage time well, and prioritize visits

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes
