Job description
Apartment complex located in North Miami is in search of a handyman who will assist in but is not limited to:
- General cleaning of apartments building
- Property projects
- Painting
- General repairs in the apartments
- Make ready vacant units
Requirements:
- Must have HVAC certification
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Must have own tools
- Must have reliable transportation
- General knowledge in plumbing and electrical repairs
The ideal candidate must be:
- Professional and punctual
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
