The Drug Screen Technician performs specimen collection, point of care testing, and other clinical duties as ordered by the supervising physician/provider. To included, but not limited to DOT and non-DOT urine drug screens, DOT and non-DOT breath alcohol testing, hair specimen collections, and oral fluid collections. This position strictly adheres to DOT, SAMHSA, CLIA, HIPAA, and internal standards while providing excellent service to donors, clients, and clinical staff.
Required Education and/or Experience
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current Basic Life Support (BLS). active DOT qualified Screening Test Technician (STT) and Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) training
