Experience:
- A minimum of five years of progressively responsible community health or home care experience is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and home care operations.
- Thorough knowledge of the changing social, political and economic influences affecting health care delivery systems.
- Thorough knowledge of the principles of administration.
- Ability to apply pertinent knowledge and methods of working with, and through people who are concerned with, and affected by, health care.
- Ability to guide and assist staff members in fulfilling their responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Special Requirements:
- Valid, current driver's license.
- Access to a reliable automobile.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
