Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and motivated Associates to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our store, engaging with guests, managing various responsibilities, and ensuring smooth operations. This position provides an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in customer service within a lively retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
- Manage guest inquiries and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, especially when stocking products
- Collaborate with team members to create an inviting environment that encourages repeat visits
Skills
- Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities
- Cash handling proficiency with attention to accuracy and security (Cashier)
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds to help stock products (Stockers)
- Background in Retail Customer service
