Golden Gleam Cleaners is seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaner to join our team on a part-time/Full time basis. We provide all cleaning equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services and exceptional customer service. This is W-2 not a 1099.
Responsibilities
- Perform standard residential cleaning services
- Perform deep cleaning services
- Perform move-in and move-out cleaning services
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean windows, mirrors, baseboards, and other surfaces as needed
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
- Report maintenance or safety concerns
- Provide professional and courteous service to clients
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of residential cleaning experience required
- Ability to perform deep cleans and move-out cleans efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks
