JW Fulfillment, a warehouse and distribution system provider with an extensive warehouse network across North America and Europe, is seeking a bilingual and experienced Warehouse Team Leader, fluent in both Mandarin and English. This role is instrumental in enhancing warehouse operations, streamlining processes, and driving productivity to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of goods. As a key player in our logistics team, you will implement best practices, lead operational improvements, and contribute to the success of a dynamic and growing organization. Duties
- Lead and manage warehouse team members to ensure smooth daily operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling.
- Oversee warehouse distribution activities, ensuring timely processing of orders and shipments in accordance with company standards.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all warehouse functions.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and control procedures to prevent discrepancies and optimize stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations by enforcing safety protocols during heavy lifting, mechanical operations, and materials handling.
- Coordinate forklift operations with certified operators to facilitate heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with logistics partners, including third-party logistics providers (3PL), to streamline shipping & receiving processes.
- This position may be relocated to Rialto in the future.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision within a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is preferred
- Hands-on experience with logistics operations including shipping & receiving, materials handling, heavy lifting, and forklift operation (certification preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for warehouse safety procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and process improvement initiatives.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
