Ethical Tree Services is a locally rooted tree care company providing professional tree pruning, removals, plant health care, consultations, and hazard assessments throughout the region. We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Representative / Tree Care Consultant.
This position may be ideal for a retired or semi-retired arborist, tree care professional, landscaper, grounds manager, or someone with extensive plant and tree knowledge who wants to stay active in the industry without the demands of a full-time schedule.

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners and property managers at their properties
- Assess tree and landscape concerns
- Recommend appropriate tree care solutions
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals
- Build relationships with clients through professionalism and expertise
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure client satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of tree species, plant identification, and tree health
- Previous arborist, tree service, landscaping, horticulture, or related experience preferred
- ISA Arborist Certification is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Comfortable using a computer, tablet, or smartphone
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation
