Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, managing staff, resources, and patient flows
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility standards
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient care
Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and address staff concerns to ensure a positive work environment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and address areas for improvement
Collaborate with the medical director and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements:
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Florida
Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare management or leadership role
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
