Kinetic Restoration is small business, restoration company that provides a safe and fun working environment with a highly functional team that believes in work life balance. We are hiring a FT Technician!
The technicians are responsible for assisting the mitigation department with residential and commercial property damage resulting from, but not limited to, water, fire, smoke, odors, mold and hail. Demolition, mitigation, and reconstruction are often needed as a result of these events.
This job does require being on an after hours, on call rotation. Bonuses are provided when there is a need for after hours services.
General Responsibilities
Provide the highest level of customer service
Representation of Kinetic Restoration with all customers, trade partners and sub contractors
All other duties or projects as assigned
Job Requirements
RESTORATION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Valid drivers license , clean driving record and transportation are required.
Industry accreditations, training and experience including IICRC certifications, MICA/Mitigate Training, program work are highly desirable.
Physical Requirements
The employee must regularly lift and/or move between 25-50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle material, reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or occasionally crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit.
Compensation is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
