Data Center General Superintendent – MEP (Mission Critical)
We are actively hiring a Data Center General Superintendent with deep MEP experience to lead large-scale, mission-critical projects. This is a field leadership role for someone who has lived and breathed data center construction and understands how to drive complex MEP scopes to completion.
MUST HAVES (Non-Negotiable)
- 2+ years as a Senior Superintendent or General Superintendent on data center projects
- 10+ years in large-scale MEP construction
- Proven experience managing MEP scopes $50M+
- Must have previous experience working directly for the MEP subcontractor on data center project
- Strong hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems in mission-critical environments
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead all field operations on high-value data center builds
- Drive execution of MEP systems (power, cooling, plumbing, life safety)
- Coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Own schedule, sequencing, and field productivity
- Ensure top-tier safety, quality, and performance standards
- Work closely with PMs, engineers, and clients to keep projects moving
- Play a key role in commissioning and turnover of critical systems
