Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents or guests. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and polished to meet cleanliness standards.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning as needed to uphold safety and appearance.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, linens, and towels to ensure readiness for residents or guests.
- Follow proper sanitation procedures in line with health regulations to promote a safe environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests or concerns from residents or guests with professionalism and friendliness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial work or janitorial services.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices and use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods and bending frequently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and proactive attitude.
- Experience with laundry operations and managing housekeeping supplies is preferred.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is a plus but not required.
