Autochoice is looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is fluent in Spanish and English and has strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, wheels, tires, suspension, and vehicle repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service
- Write repair orders and service recommendations
- Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the repair process
- Sell maintenance, repairs, wheels, tires, lift kits, accessories, and performance upgrades
- Source and identify automotive parts and accessories
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
- Help maximize shop productivity and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, suspension, wheels, and tires
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
