We are seeking a Forward Deployed Design Engineer with an "AI-first" mentality to help us transform how our clients navigate technical and operational problem-solving. Partnering directly with client stakeholders and business users, you will act as a highly technical advisor to diagnose inefficiencies, map modern architectures, and leverage cutting-edge AI and automation tools to flip legacy workflows upside down. This strategic position not only focuses on building out solid solution architectures and design patterns optimized for the modern tech landscape but also infuses our technical consulting squads with an innovative approach to system design.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner directly with client stakeholders and business users to identify process bottlenecks and architect AI-driven solutions.
Implement modern AI frameworks and automation tools to streamline and revolutionize business operations.

Build out solid solution architectures and design patterns optimized for the modern tech landscape.
Requirements:
A profound passion for and understanding of modern AI tools, prompt workflows, or automated systems.
Solid grasp of core technical architecture and clean design principles.
Exceptional conversational and consultative skills with the ability to engage business users comfortably.
An agile, unconstrained problem-solving approach—junior professionals, data science graduates, and fresh thinkers are highly encouraged to apply.
