Duties
- Maintain HVAC equipment throughout multiple projects.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in HVAC forced air units and central air.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or as a Handy Man with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, plumbing repairs, and general maintenance person tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Must own a truck.
- A valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites.
