Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee employee relations management by addressing conflicts, conducting misconduct investigations, and fostering a respectful work environment aligned with employment law and EEO standards.
- Manage performance management processes including employee evaluations, goal setting, and implementing development plans to enhance workforce productivity.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all HR functions such as FMLA, Workers' Compensation, OSHA standards, HR legal compliance, and employment & labor law adherence.
- Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, payroll processing (ADP), and benefits administration while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Develop strategic HR initiatives such as organization design, succession planning, change management strategies, and HR program management to support organizational growth.
- Lead training & development sessions focusing on conflict resolution skills, HR legal updates, employee engagement strategies, and leadership development for senior management.
Experience
- Proven experience in managing human resources teams within a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on talent management and employee relations.
- Demonstrated expertise in employment law including FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, Workers' Compensation procedures, and HR legal compliance frameworks.
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in both languages required; ability to present confidently to senior leadership and facilitate training sessions.
- Proficiency in data analysis skills using tools like Excel or specialized HR analytics software to inform strategic decisions.
