Automotive Parts / Stock Assistant

POSITION HOURS:
· Full-time: 8am - 5pm, Monday thru Friday (overtime available)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assisting parts manager with various tasks as needed.
· Keeping the parts department neat and orderly.
· Process all inventory transactions relating to the parts department.
· Coordinate activities of warehouse.
· Verify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments.
· Confirm inbound/outbound shipment documentation and accuracy.
· Assist with inventory restocking process.
· Transportation of materials.
· Maintain product return logs.
· Physical demands such as lifting heavy items, climbing, and reaching apply.
· Additional duties management or the employee feels can be productive with the job description guidelines.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
· Current valid driver’s license.
· Clean DMV / MVR record.
· High school graduate or equivalent.
· Highly organized and proficient. Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
· Automotive parts knowledge is preferred.
· Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
· Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of professional customer service.
· Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check.
