Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Cleaning Lead for Night time position to oversee and coordinate high-quality cleaning operations across various commercial facilities. This energetic leader will ensure that all cleaning standards are met consistently, fostering a safe, spotless, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, extensive janitorial and custodial experience, and a passion for maintaining excellence in cleanliness within diverse settings such as offices, hotels, hospitals, or other commercial spaces. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities to ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
- Lead, motivate, and train cleaning staff to deliver exceptional service while maintaining safety protocols.
- Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct quality inspections regularly to verify cleanliness levels across all areas, including floors, restrooms, lobbies, and specialized spaces like laundry or kitchens.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment.
- Address client concerns promptly, resolving issues effectively to uphold high customer satisfaction.
- Implement safety procedures related to custodial work, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or management experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services.
- Extensive janitorial or custodial experience with knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills for scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
