We handle all the marketing, booking, and administrative tasks—you focus on what you do best: inspecting houses and helping clients.
We are looking to expand our St. Pete team immediately. Training is available for highly qualified candidates transitioning from hands-on trades (such as general contracting, roofing, electrical, or plumbing).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- On-Site Assessments: Conduct thorough physical inspections of residential properties, evaluating structures, roofs, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Tech-Driven Reporting: Generate detailed, digital inspection reports with clear notes and photos using our modern reporting software.
- Client Consultation: Walk homebuyers and real estate agents through your findings on-site, explaining complex issues in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
- Safety First: Identify hazards and structural concerns.
- Ancillary Services: Perform additional inspections including sewer scopes, mold testing, and thermal imaging (training provided).
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensing: Active Florida Home Inspector License (or the proven ability to obtain your license quickly).
- Speed & Detail: A rare combination of speed and extreme attention to detail—we need someone who works efficiently without missing a thing.
- Communication Skills: Clean, professional presentation and the ability to speak confidently with anxious homebuyers and busy real estate agents.
- Tools of the Trade: Reliable transportation (capable of carrying equipment), a smartphone/tablet for reporting, and standard inspection tools (ladder, flashlight, etc.).
- Urgency: We are booking up quickly in the Pinellas County area and need someone ready to start ASAP.
