Nursing Assistant Instructor (LVN or RN) — Career College

Key Responsibilities
· Teach classroom and lab instruction for Nursing Assistant programs
· Demonstrate clinical skills, supervise hands-on practice, and evaluate student performance
· Maintain student records, provide coaching and remediation, and support testing/certification preparation
· Ensure a safe, compliant learning environment in accordance with state regulations and college policies
Required Qualifications
· Current, active LVN or RN license in California
· Prior clinical experience in long-term care, acute care, or related settings
· Teaching or mentoring experience preferred (clinical instructor, preceptor, or education role)
· Strong communication, organization, and student-focused coaching skills
· Ability to pass background check and meet college hiring requirements
Preferred
· Experience with Nursing Assistant (CNA/NA) certification exams and state testing procedures
· Familiarity with adult learning principles and career-college environment
