Position Overview
Seeking a motivated and professional Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of departments and levels within the organization. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-driven, and experienced in identifying top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team culture
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Develop and post job descriptions across multiple recruiting platforms
- Track recruiting activity and candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and hiring best practices
- Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of corporate recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience required
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple openings simultaneously
- Strong sourcing and candidate relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Preferred Background
- Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, or technical positions
- Agency recruiting experience is a plus
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
