Silver Creek Manufacturing is a growing IATF16949 manufacturing company looking for a hands-on leader who wants an environment where they can contribute.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for leading, managing and implementing the ongoing development of an effective and compliant quality system.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of PPAP, APQP, root cause analysis, control plans, PFMEAS, GD&T, gage, internal auditing, change management, document control and supplier development systems
- Self-motivated and detail oriented with strong follow through capabilities
- Ability of travel on short notice
- Product/Project management
- Work closely with various cross functional members to ensure all requirements are met
- Communicate with customers as needed
- Visual management techniques desired
- Communicate the requirements and assisting departments with the implementation of quality system requirements
- Assists in ongoing efforts of effective communication
