Our Living Story creates professionally produced documentary films that preserve the life stories of parents, grandparents, veterans, and loved ones for future generations.
We're looking for a friendly, compassionate Phone Sales Representative to follow up with warm inbound leads generated through our online advertising. These are people who have already expressed interest in learning more about our service. Your role is to answer questions, build rapport, qualify prospects, and schedule consultations that lead to completed bookings.
This is not a cold-calling position.
Responsibilities
- Contact warm inbound leads by phone, text, and email.
- Answer questions about Our Living Story and our services.
- Build trust and rapport with prospective clients and their families.
- Qualify leads and schedule consultations.
- Maintain accurate notes in HubSpot CRM.
- Follow up with prospects who request additional information.
- Help convert qualified inquiries into booked clients.
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional phone manner.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Comfortable discussing services with seniors and adult children.
- Organized and dependable.
- Previous phone sales, customer service, appointment setting, or inside sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus.
Compensation
- Warm inbound leads provided. NO COLD CALLING
- Earn $125 commission for each completed sale.
