Job Overview
We’re looking for a safety-focused individual to support field operations, promote safe work practices and help keep job sites compliant with company policies, OSHA standards and customer requirements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with crews, identifying hazards and helping prevent incidents before they happen.
What You’ll Do
· Inspect job sites and identify safety hazards.
· Coach field crews on PPE, safe work practices and pre-task planning.
· Support incident, near-miss, and corrective action reporting.
· Maintain safety records, inspections and training documentation.
· Help build a proactive, field-first safety culture.
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in field safety, construction, industrial, transportation, or a related job site environment.
· Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safe work practices.
· Strong communication, documentation, and follow-through skills.
· Ability to work outdoors and travel between job sites.
· OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, fall protection, forklift, aerial lift, or rigging certifications are a plus.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
