Mon Petit Cheri Bakery is looking for Baristas/FOH Employees for our Bakery & Restaurant in Downtown Stillwater. MPC prides itself with an entirely made from scratch menu and exceptional customer service. We enjoy working hard and creating a memorable experience for our guests all the while having a great time doing it.
Barista Duties Include:
-Preparing espresso beverages
-Serving beer & wine
-Maintaining the FOH area (cleaning, organizing, replenishing the bakery cases)
-Setting up the bakery cases in the morning, replenishing throughout the day, breaking down at night)
-Taking food orders, packaging baked goods to go, delivering food to tables -Delivering consistent beverages and exceptional customer service to every guest
-Operating the POS
Ideally candidates have/are:
-Experience in customer service/Hospitality industry
-Experience with espresso machines is preferred (but willing to train the right candidate if necessary)
-Great work ethic -Excellent people skills
-Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-stress situations
-Ability to lift 50 lbs.
-Flexible availability
-Punctual
We are looking for part-time and full-time candidates, pay is based on experience. Cash and credit card tips are split with our back of house employees.
