Job Description:
The Production Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high‑quality, print‑ready materials that support brand consistency and marketing initiatives. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong technical design skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate brings expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, a solid understanding of printing principles, and experience producing multi‑page documents such as catalogs, handbooks, and brochures. Collaboration is key, as this position works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure all materials are accurate, visually compelling, and delivered on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in print production.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), advanced proficiency with MS Office and initiative when learning new design tools. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Lightroom along with the ability to produce animations and realistic-looking illustrations, is a plus.
- Solid understanding of printing principles, including typography and color.
- Experience creating print production files for catalogs, handbooks and/or extensive multi-page brochures.
- Familiarity working with technical documentation – graphs, diagrams, schematics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly detail-oriented, with a genuine enjoyment of working on tasks that require precision, accuracy, and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Create print-ready design files for catalogs, sell sheets, handouts and brochures, ensuring accuracy in layout, color, and production specs.
- Work in branded templates, adapting materials to meet specific needs while maintaining brand integrity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely production of materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
- Support additional marketing initiatives such as trade shows, social media and website graphics.
- Color correct and edit product photography as needed.
