Iris Memory Care of Tulsa is a small, freestanding assisted living community dedicated entirely to residents living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. We’re looking for compassionate CNAs who want to make a real difference - every shift, every day.

Small, intimate community - 54 residents across 3 buildings, so you’ll truly know the people in your care

Meaningful, specialized work in memory care - not a general floor rotation

Age-in-place model - you’ll walk alongside residents through every stage of the journey

Competitive pay starting at $16/hr, up to $17/hr based on experience

Memory care experience is a plus - and rewarded in pay

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining

Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

Support life enrichment activities, outings, and social programming

Monitor and document vital signs and weights as required

Maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment

Uphold the dignity, independence, and individuality of every resident

Active listing on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry - CNA certification required

High school diploma or GED required

1+ year of experience working with older adults preferred

Experience in memory care or with dementia residents strongly preferred

At least 18 years of age
Genuine compassion for people living with Alzheimer’s and dementia
