We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Technician — A or B level — to join our dynamic service team. Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems, including electrical, powertrain, transmission, suspension, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including engine repairs (gasoline and diesel), transmission system repairs, vehicle suspension system repairs, wheel alignments, and electrical system troubleshooting.
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately to facilitate electrical repairs and system integrations.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components with attention to detail.
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems such as ADAS features, vehicle transmission systems, and powertrain components while adhering to manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to estimate repair times accurately using auto estimating software; communicate effectively with customers about repair needs and timelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Requirements
- Proven dealership experience or service technician experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and automotive electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with automotive repair tools including hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and suspension work.
- Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately for electrical troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to vehicle repair challenges.
