and efficiently.
Assist with seasonal tasks including leaf cleanup, snow/ice removal, salting,
storm preparation, and storm cleanup.
Complete basic preventative maintenance on tools and small engines
(sharpening, refueling, filter changes).
Support small projects as needed.
Be available on rare occasions for schedule flexibility during special events,
vendor visits, or unexpected property needs.
Preferred Skills
Strong weed whacking and manual weed removal skills; plant/weed identification
is a plus.
General handyman abilities: basic plumbing, drywall repair, painting, caulking,
minor fixture repairs.
Basic electrical or carpentry experience (outlet/switch swaps, light framing,
fence/gate repairs).
Safe use of tools, ladders, and PPE.

terrain.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 40–50 lbs regularly.

(willing to train the right candidate).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and follow checklists.

wellkept property.
Reliable, punctual, and safetyfocused.

(such as weed whacking) may require extended time due to the size of the grounds.
While the schedule is generally consistent, occasional flexibility is appreciated for
special events or vendor coordination.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
