We are a locally owned decorative concrete coatings company that has been operating in West Michigan for over 18 years. We specialize in high-end concrete floor finishes including resinous coatings, stains, sealers, and polished concrete systems for residential and commercial clients.
We take pride in producing clean, professional, high-quality work and are looking for two dependable team members to join our crew.
Our work includes:
- Concrete grinding and surface preparation
- Installing epoxy and polyaspartic coating systems
- Concrete polishing
- Applying stains and sealers
- Operating professional equipment such as floor grinders and dust collection systems
- Jobsite setup and cleanup
Most of our work is garage floors, basements, and commercial spaces.
This job is hands-on and physically demanding. You will be working with heavy equipment and on your feet most of the day.

Construction or concrete experience is preferred but not required. Teh right attitude matters more.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to our shop
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
