What You’ll Do:
- Assemble components and operate the Casemaker to produce high-quality book cases.
- Load boards, maintain glue levels, and keep the machine running efficiently.
- Read and interpret work orders to meet customer specifications.
- Monitor product quality and ensure precise size and consistency of cases.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, and ensure proper storage of materials.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with machine operation in a production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and use standard or metric tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to lift moderate weight (1-50 lbs.) periodically throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
