About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Facilities HVAC Specialist to ensure the optimal performance and climate control of our large-scale production and distribution environments. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational uptime by managing complex mechanical systems, executing proactive maintenance, and driving energy efficiency across our facilities.
Responsibilities-
Perform expert-level installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and large-scale air handlers.

Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime and maintain peak equipment efficiency.

Execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance program, ensuring all systems meet rigorous performance standards and manufacturer specifications.

Manage building automation systems and digital controls to optimize climate regulation and energy consumption.

Maintain precise documentation of all service activities and inventory levels within our digital management platform.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, including EPA refrigerant handling regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and OSHA compliance.

Provide technical insights and recommendations for system upgrades and infrastructure improvements to enhance facility longevity.
Qualifications

EPA Section 608 Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial HVAC environments.

Advanced proficiency in electro-mechanical troubleshooting and electrical schematics.

Strong understanding of power distribution and control systems.

High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.

State-level HVAC contractor or journeyman licensure.

Experience with major building automation platforms such as Honeywell or Johnson Controls.

Dual expertise in industrial electrical systems or boiler operations.

Certifications including NATE, OSHA 10/30, or heavy equipment operation.
