Moxie Pest Control in Salt Lake City, Utah is looking for an adaptable, coachable, fast learner who can assist our Office Experts in giving our internal and external customers fantastic service! Our Office Experts handle inbound calls with a smile and complete outbound calls with grace.
Our office has a very upbeat, FUN environment. We have frequent office games with fun prizes (gift cards, games, and incentive lunches). Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and setting appointments for customers in two different branches
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Ensure Customer Service levels are met or exceeded
Skills, Traits, and Attributes:
- Attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication
- Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the customer remains the top priority
- Able to work with minimal supervision
