About the Role
We are looking for a Texas-licensed insurance professional to lead the day-to-day operations across our two agency locations in Georgetown and Cedar Park.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong Property and Casualty experience who can manage operations, support the team, and step in with clients when needed. You'll be responsible for keeping the agency running smoothly while driving accountability, service quality, and overall performance.
If you're someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and can balance people, process, and production, this role will fit you well.
Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
The Jamison Agency is located in both Georgetown, Texas, on Williams Drive near the intersection of Williams Drive and Rivery Boulevard.
