We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our growing team! We specialize in vacation rental turnover cleanings (Airbnb/VRBO) and long-term apartment turnover cleanings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform complete turnover cleanings for vacation rentals (Airbnb) and long-term apartment units to prepare them for new guests/tenants.
- Wash, dry, fold, and replace bed linens and towels.
- Deep clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Dust all surfaces, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Check for any property damage or items left behind by previous guests/tenants and report them to management.
- Restock guest amenities (toilet paper, soaps, paper towels, etc.) as required.
- Ensure all work meets our high quality and safety standards within the set timeframe.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience (especially in vacation rentals, hotel housekeeping, or turnover cleaning) is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidates.
- High attention to detail and efficiency.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between job locations.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability.
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing) throughout the shift.
