About the role :
As a CBRE People Operations Sr. Analyst, you will provideadvanced Human Resources related customer service to the field that isfriendly, collaborative, and invaluable.
This job is part of the People Strategy and Operationsfunction. They are responsible for the design, execution, and monitoring ofhuman resource programs and policies.
What You'll Do:
Provide excellentcustomer service to the account to regularly meet department goals andsatisfaction levels.
Act as an escalation point for complex orsensitive cases.
Explain complex information to others instraightforward situations.
Manage process and procedure documentation forcontinuous improvement of internal work streams.
Work primarily within standardizedprocedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Create and analyze reports and complete regular auditsof data tied to our KPIs. Interacts withthe client to explain mismatches in data and audit findings.
Follow all internalpolicies and regulations related to Employee Records Administration.
Oversee the completion of internal andexternal audits.
Help manage large transitions and implementationsof client accounts.
Apply generalknowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplishassigned tasks and solve routine problems.
Oversee transactions related to onboarding of newemployees, status changes for existing employees and terminations of employees.
Onboardsnew employees in the client and CBRE systems according to the standard accountprocess.
Respond to unemployment claiminquiries and background check adjudication requests.
Manage PeopleOperations programs and processes including vaccination programs, employeepermissions, corporate credit card program, corporate cell phone program. What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years ofrelevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience andeducation will be considered.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation or SHRM preferred.
Understanding ofexisting procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
Ability to analyzepossible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment andprecedents.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with aninquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculatecomplicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-relatedcalculations.

The minimum salary for the People Operations Sr. Analyst position is $74,000 annually [or $35.58 per hour] and the maximum salary for the People Operations Sr. Analyst position is $77,500 annually [or $37.26 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
