StoneBridge Counseling is a small, well-established practice that has proudly served the Apex community for over 16 years. Unlike many larger pop-up mental health organizations, therapists here are never just a number—we know and support our team, keep billing, scheduling, and operations in-house, and bring extensive experience navigating both the mental health and insurance industries. Our goal is for every therapist to build a meaningful caseload and be as full as they want to be, with strong referral sources and a collaborative environment where clinicians are supported rather than competing for clients.
We prioritize true professional growth, offering individualized guidance rather than the one-size-fits-all approach of larger agencies. LCMHCA supervision is fully one-on-one and hands-on, giving associates personalized mentorship and support. Rather than getting lost in a group setting, you'll have dedicated time to discuss difficult cases, strengthen clinical skills, and receive meaningful guidance tailored to your growth as a therapist. We’re currently seeking a dedicated LCMHCA to join our team.
Most of our clients prefer in-person sessions, so availability for primarily in-office work is essential. While some telehealth appointments may be available, we are seeking a clinician who is committed to building and maintaining a strong in-person caseload.
What We Offer:
- Steady client referrals with clients waiting to be seen
- Administrative support. Billing and Credentialing is all done within the practice. We do NOT use third party billers or vendors like Headway, Alma, etc.
- Free LCMHCS supervision
- BCBS Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for full time Contractors (Copay plans)
Must Have:
- Active North Carolina LCMHCA license (pending is acceptable)
- Master’s degree in a clinical mental health field
- At least 6 months of clinical experience (internship or post-grad)
- Must be able to work in our Apex, NC office.
