Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in filler/toxin/sales/devices. Experience in obesity, hormonal management, peptides and health and wellness, A+. This role involves providing functional care and optimizing clients goals, sales experience needed. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. We are a small team and team building is essential.
The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive and integrative medicine and dedicated to helping patients achieve sustainable wellness goals and be able to do injectables.
Must be Independent or have own collaborative.
Responsibilities
- Patient assessment: Conduct thorough medical and psychosocial histories and perform physical examinations to evaluate patients for medical weight loss and general wellness programs.
- Diagnosis and treatment planning: Diagnose obesity-related conditions and develop personalized, evidence-based weight management plans that may include diet, exercise, lifestyle modifications, and behavioral counseling.
- Medication management: Prescribe and manage weight loss and related medications, such as GLP-1 agonists, peptides, vitamins as clinically appropriate and within the scope of practice. Toxin and filler experience preferred.
- Health and wellness optimization: Integrate holistic health and wellness principles into patient care, including hormone health, metabolic optimization, and other wellness therapies.
- Patient education: Educate patients and their families on their specific care plans, including nutrition, exercise, and the management of chronic conditions related to weight.
- Patient monitoring: Track and document patient progress in an electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) system, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide follow-up care through in-person or telehealth visits.
- Team collaboration: Work with a team of health professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.
- Lab analysis: Order, interpret, and evaluate lab and diagnostic studies to monitor and assess changes in patients' health.
- Compliance: Maintain all required documentation and adhere to state guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and clinical standards of practice.
Not limited to above role involves seeing a variety of medical conditions, functional health and wellness.
