In this role, you’ll take ownership of the self-pay journey, helping patients navigate their outstanding balances with empathy and professionalism. Working under the guidance of our Credit and Collections leadership, you will protect the hospital’s financial health by securing payments and establishing sustainable arrangements that work for everyone.
