Premiere Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Pyrometry Technician to join our client’s team in East Granby, CT. This temp-to-hire opportunity supports critical heat treatment processes through temperature monitoring and documentation, ensuring system accuracy and quality compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Temperature Uniformity Surveys (TUS) and System Accuracy Tests (SAT)
- Maintain inventory of pyrometry-related supplies
- Complete and review survey documentation with accuracy and precision
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Manual and all related procedures
- Identify and report discrepancies or irregularities
- Promote a culture of safety and cleanliness
- Use computer systems, including Microsoft Excel, for data entry
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and accept feedback
- Professional, courteous, and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
