Overview
Workforce Partners LLC is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support our grounds maintenance and site operations team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Collecting trash and maintaining a clean, organized work site.
- Serving as a spotter for equipment operators to ensure safe operations.
- Assisting crew members with general labor tasks.
- Loading, unloading, and organizing tools and materials.
- Following all company safety policies and procedures.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must be willing to commute to a job site located less than 5 miles from Lawrence, Michigan.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required.
- Previous construction or grounds maintenance experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
