Community Sales Rep

Wallingford Wrap is a fast-growing community advertising network connecting local businesses with the neighbors who support them. We're looking for a Community Sales Rep who thrives on the hunt — someone energetic, likeable, and genuinely excited about building real partnerships with local business owners.
This is a high-upside opportunity for a self-starter who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, hear "no," and keep going anyway. If you love the chase as much as the close, and you want a role where your earnings reflect your effort, we want to talk to you.
Compensation
$1,000/month base pay plus generous, uncapped commission. The more you sell, the more you earn — there's no ceiling here.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to local businesses (cold calls, outreach, and relationship-building) to present advertising opportunities
- Meet with business owners in person at their location to pitch, close, and build long-term, community-based partnerships
- Represent Wallingford Wrap at Chamber of Commerce events, BNI meetings, and other local networking groups to grow brand presence and generate leads
- Help manage and update community listings displayed on our TV screen network
- Support light creative and administrative work tied to advertiser accounts

- A connector — someone who thrives in community settings and knows how to work a room
- Reliable transportation and willingness to meet local business owners face-to-face
- Organized enough to juggle sales with light admin and creative tasks
- Sales or marketing experience a plus, but drive and personality matter more
