Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Care for floors through sweeping, buffing, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a pristine appearance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Manage janitorial tasks including waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Follow safety protocols and proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
Requirements
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred; hotel or residential cleaning background is a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry processes
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Experience with commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is advantageous
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Valid work authorization for the location of employment
