Richard's Total Backyard Solutions is looking for a sales driven and customer-focused Wellness Consultant to join our North and West locations. As a Wellness Consultant you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our top-tier outdoor kitchens, hot tub, and swim spa to potential customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Take the initiative to engage with leads provided by the company while also generating self-sourced leads to boost hot tub and swim spa and outdoor kitchen sales.

Customer Engagement: Offer exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the most suitable hot tub or swim spa model based on their specific needs, preferences, and budget.

Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our Hot Spring hot tub and swim spa products and outdoor kitchen sales, including their features and benefits, to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative sales approach to guide customers through the purchasing process, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales journey, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Administrative Tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly, including sales contracts and customer information forms.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to strategically position our products in the marketplace.
Qualifications:

Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in luxury sales, preferably in the retail sector. Proven experience in pool or spa sales is advantageous. Previous Sales track record.

Customer Focus: Possess exceptional customer service skills with a strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.

Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly grasp technical details about all products and confidently convey them to customers.

Results-Driven: Goal-oriented mindset with a competitive nature and a determination to surpass sales objectives.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in utilizing CRM & other company utilized programs.

Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Saturday, with one day off during the week.

Pay:Base & Commission pay.
