We are a growing oral surgery practice looking for a dependable, motivated Sterilization Technician / Clinical Support Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone recently out of dental assisting school who is eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and grow into an Oral Surgery Assistant role.
Responsibilities
- Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize surgical instruments
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and required logs
- Prepare, disinfect, and reset surgical rooms between patients
- Keep treatment rooms stocked, organized, and ready for procedures
- Escort patients to treatment rooms and obtain vital signs
- Assist with patient flow and basic clinical support
- Monitor and restock clinical and sterilization supplies
- Follow OSHA, infection-control, and patient safety protocols
- Support the surgical team as needed throughout the day

No oral surgery experience required — we are willing to train the right person.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
