The Marsh Foundation is expanding its continuum of care with the addition of Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Services, and we're looking for compassionate, dedicated professionals to join our Behavioral Health team.
As an IHBT Provider, you'll work alongside a Therapist to deliver intensive, family-centered behavioral health services to children, adolescents and families in their homes, schools and communities. This position plays an important role in helping families build skills, strengthen relationships, prevent unnecessary out-of-home placement and support successful transitions home.

Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a Therapist to provide intensive behavioral health services to youth and families.
- Deliver skill-building, behavioral interventions, psychoeducation and family support in home, school and community settings.
- Reinforce treatment goals and therapeutic interventions.
- Support crisis intervention, safety planning and family stabilization.
- Coordinate care with schools, courts, child welfare agencies, medical providers and community partners.
- Connect families with community resources and supports.
- Complete required documentation accurately and within established timelines.
- Participate in clinical supervision, treatment team meetings and ongoing professional development.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with Medicaid, HIPAA, CARF and agency standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma and three years of experience working with children, adolescents and families in behavioral health, residential treatment, education, juvenile justice, foster care, child welfare or another human services setting
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Ability to work independently in community settings
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or another behavioral health or human services field
- Ohio behavioral health licensure (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, MFT, IMFT or equivalent)
- Experience with behavioral health, trauma-informed care or community-based services

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
