Ecommerce Operations Manager
Location: Eugene, OR (On-Site)

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

Wise Industries is one of the fastest-growing footwear ecommerce companies in the United States. We sell thousands of products every month across leading online marketplaces including TikTok Shop, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, SHEIN, and our own direct-to-consumer website.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager to help oversee daily operations, drive business performance, and improve the systems that power our company.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, improving processes, and making a direct impact on company growth.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations across multiple ecommerce marketplaces
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are listed accurately and efficiently
- Analyze sales trends, profitability, inventory performance, and operational metrics
- Develop pricing and markdown strategies to maximize sell-through and profitability
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and automate workflows
- Create and maintain reports using Google Sheets and Excel
- Coordinate with warehouse, receiving, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage marketplace account health and performance standards
- Help scale and manage affiliate and influencer partnerships
- Work directly with company leadership on growth initiatives and special projects
- Assist with new platform launches, process improvements, and operational expansion
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel experience
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to take ownership of projects
Preferred Experience
- Ecommerce, marketplace, retail, operations, inventory, purchasing, or supply chain experience
- Experience with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms
- Experience creating reports and working with large datasets
- Experience improving workflows or operational processes
