We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team at RIZE. This role is ideal for a hospitality-focused leader who is passionate about developing people, creating exceptional guest experiences, and supporting a positive, high-performing team culture.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, helping to lead the team, support operational excellence, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service. Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in a casual restaurant or upscale casual establishment is preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Understanding of food and beverage operations, service standards, and industry best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
