Key Responsibilities
- Delegate and oversee responsibilities among shift leaders and staff to meet service and operational goals
- Lead with integrity and align daily operations with the company’s values and culture
- Coach and mentor team members regularly, providing feedback and support to drive performance
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your team engages guests with care and consistency
- Maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Monitor labor and product costs to stay within budget
- Uphold all company policies, especially regarding cash handling and workplace safety
- Identify opportunities for improvement and help implement practical solutions
- Support restaurant operations as needed, especially during peak times or staff shortages
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience in restaurant and/or management roles
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient with touch-screen POS systems
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a high-heat kitchen environment for extended periods
- Fully trained across all restaurant areas
- Able to take direction and delegate effectively
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $45,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
