The AM Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supporting the overall housekeeping operations and management team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. This role plays a key part in maintaining high-quality standards and delivering excellent service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Support the housekeeping management team with daily operations and team coordination.
Clean and maintain public areas and guest rooms as needed.
Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure they are ready for use and meet quality standards.
Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.
Provide coaching, counseling, and on-the-job guidance to housekeeping team members.
Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily task assignments.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
